(2)The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that despite the order of this Court dated 23.01.2025, directing the 4th respondent to conclude the enquiry and send a report to the 2nd respondent, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order and a further direction to the 2nd respondent to pass final orders within eight weeks, the respondents have not complied with the same. Contrarily, the respondents are trying to evict the petitioner by invoking the provisions of the Tamil Nadu Land Encroachment Act, 1905.
