Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor states that pending the Criminal Petition, Police filed Charge Sheet in the impugned Crime vide C.C.No.204 of 2026 on the file of the learned II Additional Junior Civil Judge, Narasaraopet and the same was settled before the Lok Adalat vide Award dated 14.03.2026 before the learned II Additional Junior Civil Judge, Narasaraopet. 3.
