Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit on 29.8.2025, due to unavoidable circumstances, no one could appear when the matter was taken up for hearing. He would submit that the petitioner is interested in prosecuting the case. He would pray to allow this application. 3. On the other hand, learned counsel for the respondents would oppose the submissions made by counsel for the petitioner. 4.
