The present writ petition is filed aggrieved by the action of respondent No.1 in not considering the representation of the petitioner, dated 09.01.2013. 2. The learned Standing counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner sought certain modifications and rectifications in the endorsement dated 09.06.2009. In this regard, the petitioner submitted a representation seeking the indulgence of respondent No.1 to issue necessary orders by duly demarcating in the FMB of Survey No.19/2 an extent of Ac.2.30 cents from north to south, belonging to Sri P. Ammajamma, wife of late P.Rama Murthy and mother of P.Surya Kumari, as non-surplus land and not covered under ULC and (R) Act 1976. 3. The learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner has also filed a memo dated 28.07.2026, placing certain objections on record. 4.
