The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the issue involved in the present petition stands covered by the order passed by this Court in Writ Petition No. 3918 of 2026 (Harishchandra Shyamraoji Kahale and Ors. Vs. The State of Maharashtra and Anr.), decided on 07.09.2026, wherein this Court has categorically observed that the amount of arrears arising out of revision of pay in terms of 7th Pay Commission will be paid to all the employees and other retired employees within a year. In view of the aforesaid order, the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the present petition. 2. Permission, as prayed, is granted. 3.
