The Additional Secretary, Department of Minor Irrigation - Smt. Garima Rounkaly has filed her additional response affidavit, and in paragraph no. 6, it is stated that the directions dated 19.06.2025, directing deposit of the wages directly into the account of the UPNL workers has been complied with. The affidavit is taken on record. The respondent-State shall continue making payment of wages to the UPNL workers by direct deposit into their respective bank accounts. 2. In that view of the matter, the earlier order dated 30.12.2025 passed in Special Appeal No. 108/2025, directing 1 2026:UHC:321-DB registration of suo motu contempt petition, stands revoked. Consequently, the present Contempt Petition stands closed. 3. The personal presence of all the officers is dispensed with.
