Akhil Pavan, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of Ms. Bugulu Sree Teja, learned Counsel for the Writ Petitioner, Sri M. Srinu Babu, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Municipal Administration & Urban Development and Sri P. Vengala Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for Kurnool Municipal Corporation. 2. The present Writ Petition is filed by the GPA (General Power of Attorney) one Sri Desai Muralidhar Reddy on behalf of Ms. Reddygari Swapna Reddy. 3. Sri P. Vengala Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for Kurnool Municipal Corporation, has taken objection that the General Power of Attorney is not properly constituted one. He has taken this Court through the GPA (Ex.P.3). This Court noticed that Ex.P.3 is only an E-mail addressed by Ms. Reddygari Swapna Reddy to Sri Desai Muralidhar Reddy, requesting him to act as a GPA on her behalf. 3 4. Having perused the same, this Court is of the opinion that an E-mail communication does not constitute a legally valid GPA and in this view of the matter, the present Writ Petition is not maintainable. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as not being maintainable. No order as to costs. 5. However, Writ Petitioner is always at liberty to follow the due process for approaching this Court for seeking appropriate relief. 6.
