This Court while entertaining the writ petition has granted an interim order dated 28.08.2025 with a direction to the respondents to accommodate the petitioner as BT Assistant in any one of the nearby vacancies. Now the petitioner has filed this contempt petition that the above interim order dated 28.08.2025 has not been complied with. 2.The learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondent submits that the interim order of this court has been complied with and the petitioner has been accommodated as BT Assistant, subject to the result of the writ petition.
