P.P. 02/15.01.2026 :- Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State. 2. The petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Deoghar Cyber P.S. Case No. 121 of 2025, registered under sections 111(2)(b)/111(3)/111(4)/319(2)/318(4)/338/336(3)/340(2), 61(2) of BNS, 2023 and sections 66(B), 66(C) and 84(C) of the I.T. Act, pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum- Cyber Crime Special Court, Deoghar. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that allegations are made that on a secret information raid was conducted and the petitioner along with others have been apprehended from the place of occurrence. He next submits that petitioner has got no criminal antecedent which is disclosed in para 14 of the petition and he is in custody since 30.08.2025. 4. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer and submits that two mobiles and three SIM Card were recovered from the possession of the petitioner. ( 2026:JHHC:967 ) 2 5. Considering that petitioner has got no criminal antecedent which is disclosed in para 14 of the petition and he is in custody since 30.08.2025, I am inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, shall be released on regular bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Cyber Crime Special Court, Deoghar, in connection with Deoghar Cyber P.S.
