Sinha, Advocate ---- 04/16.01.2026 Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned counsel appearing for the State. 2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Kadma P.S. Case No.85 of 2025, for the alleged offences registered under Sections 74, 85, 115(2), 352 and 3(5) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Jamshedpur. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that false allegation is made against the petitioner and the entire family members. He further submits that the petitioner happened to be husband and there are general and omnibus allegation of torture and demand of dowry. He then submits that after marriage the informant is pursuing course of MBBS and entire expenditure of that course has been incurred by the petitioner and the informant is not ready to come back to the matrimonial house. He next submits that the petitioner is ready to keep his wife with all dignity. 2026:JHHC:1229 --2-- A.B.A. No. 167 of 2026 4. Learned counsel appearing for the State submits that the petitioner happened to be husband. 5. Considering that the entire family members have been made accused and it has been pointed out that the petitioner has incurred all the expenditure of pursuing MBBS course of the informant and there are general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner, I am inclined to provide anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 6. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is hereby directed to surrender before the learned Court within three weeks from today, and in the event of his surrender/arrest, the petitioner, above named, shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand), with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Jamshedpur in connection with Kadma P.S. Case No.85 of 2025, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. (Sanjay Kumar Dwivedi, J.) Dated 16.01.2026 Sangam/
