Hussain, learned Amicus Curiae appearing for respondent no.2. 2. It is submitted that the charge-sheet in the case has been submitted, pursuant to which Special POCSO Case No. 75/2025 has been registered and on the prayer of the I.O. NBWA as well as PNA were issued against the petitioner and subsequently he was declared as a proclaimed offender. 3. The limited prayer made in the instant petition is that the petitioner may be granted some protection till his appearance before the learned Trial Court. 4. Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this petition stands disposed of with the direction that the petitioner shall appear before the learned Trial Court within the period of 10 days from today and during this period the petitioner shall not be arrested. 5. It is made clear that this limited order of protection shall extend only up to 10 days from the date of this order or till the petitioner appears before the learned Trial Court, whichever is earlier. 6. It is provided that upon appearance, in the event of any application Page No.# 3/3 being filed by the petitioner the same shall be considered as per law. 7. Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
