This is an application seeking expeditious disposal of Title Suit No.24 of 2012 pending before the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division). 5th Court at Alipore 2. In view of the nature of the order proposed to be passed, direction for prior service of copy of this application along with a notice on the opposite party is not being made but the petitioner shall remain obliged to serve a copy of the application along with a copy of this order upon the opposite party within a week from date. 3. Mr. Singh, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that issues in the suit were framed as far back as in the year 2013 but the suit has not progressed any further thereafter. He requests for a direction for expeditious disposal of the suit. 4. Having heard Mr. Singh, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner and having considered the material on record, this revisional application is disposed of by requesting the learned Trial Court to dispose of the suit as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of one year from the next date fixed without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties. 5.
