Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is residing in Maharashtra for livelihood and proper communication of the Court order was not made by the counsel and the petitioner has not surrendered before the learned Court within the stipulated time. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the State submits that the privilege of anticipatory bail has already been provided to the petitioner, in spite of that, she has not surrendered before the learned court. 4. Considering that the privilege of anticipatory bail has already been provided to the petitioner and it has been pointed out that the petitioner was not able to come from Maharashtra due to communication gap and as such she has not surrendered before the learned court within the stipulated time. 5. In that in that view of the matter, two weeks further time is extended from today to the petitioner to surrender before the learned court. 6. Accordingly, the order dated 20/8/2025 passed in ABA No. 4581 of 2025 is modified to the above extent. Rest of the order is kept intact. 7. This petition is accordingly disposed of.
