This Interlocutory Application has been preferred seeking to set aside the Order dated 29.05.2026 passed by the learned SDJ(M), Nazira, Sivasagar, whereby a non-bailable warrant of arrest was issued to the applicant in connection with Gelakey P.S. Case No. 15/2026. By order passed today i.e., 19.06.2026 in AB No. 1238 of 2026, the applicant has been granted pre-arrest bail which would be applicable vis-à-vis the Order dated 29.05.2026 as well as the non-bailable warrant of arrest pursuant thereto.
