The petitioners are seeking regular bail in connection with Chandrapura P.S. Case No.68/2025, registered for the offence under Section 303(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, pending in the Court of the learned A.C.J.M., Bermo at Tenughat. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the allegations are made of theft of tractor and trailer. He further submits that the name of the petitioners has come on the confessional statement and, thereafter, the petitioners have been taken into custody since 18.09.2025. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposed the prayer and submits that the petitioners appear to be associate of the apprehended co- accused. 5. Considering that the name of the petitioners has come on confessional statement and he is in custody since 18.09.2025 and in the attending facts and circumstances of the case, I am inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioners.
