Heard both the sides. This bail application has been filed on behalf of Rakesh Kumar who is in custody since 14.11.2025 in connection with Argora P.S. Case No. 246 of 2025 for the offence registered under Sections 20(b) (ii) (A)/ 29 of the NDPS Act, 1985, pending in the Court of Special Judge (NDPS), Ranchi is pressed into motion. It is submitted by the learned counsel on behalf of petitioner that matter involves seizure of small quantity of Ganja i.e., 148 grams and this petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposed the prayer for bail. Under the circumstances, the above-named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/-(Twenty-Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court below.
