State of H.P. & Ors., to grant the necessary relief. 4. Issue notice to the respondent, on taking steps within one week, returnable within four weeks. 5. Interim order on the same terms as passed on 30.04.2026 in CMP No.4136 of 2026 in LPA No.128 of 2026 staying the operation of the impugned judgment in the case at hand. 6.
