And In the matter of : Srikanta Bairagya ……Petitioner. Mr. Sumanta Chakraborty Mrs. Ankana Sarkar Ms. Dhimoyee Kundu ……for the Petitioner. Mr. Arijit Ganguly Ms. Pallavi Priyadarshee ……for the State. Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody for 2 years and 4 months. On the other hand, learned advocate for the State submits that out of 28 witnesses proposed to be examined by the prosecution, 26 witnesses have already been examined. Having considered the final stage of the sessions case, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, CRM (M) 22 of 2026 is dismissed. 2 All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court.
