Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Services II and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Endowments. 3. The grievance of the petitioner is that his case was not considered for promotion to the post of Executive Officer, Grade III vide Memo No. ENDW/310/Endts.I(2)/2022, dated 07.12.2022. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner placed on record the proceedings dated 25.08.2025 issued by the 2nd respondent and submitted that similarly situated persons were considered for the said promotion by the 2nd respondent and the petitioner is also similarly placed, as such, is entitled to the same benefit. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of, directing the petitioner to make a representation along with the proceedings dated 25.08.2025 to the 2nd respondent within a period of four weeks from today. On such representation, 2nd respondent is directed to consider and pass appropriate orders within a period of three months thereafter. 6. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of.
