ORDER This writ petition has been filed for Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents not to obstruct the erection of banners and flex boards in the vicinity of Vels Marriage Mahal, Manthithoppu Road, Kovilpatti on 27.01.2026 and 28.01.2026 for petitioner's son marriage. 2. The petitioner has already obtained permission from the third respondent herein, and the Municipality has also accepted payment of Rs.2,500/-. The petitioner is now seeking clearance from the said police. 3. In view of the above, the third respondent is directed to forward the approval/permission granted to the petitioner to the respondent police forthwith.
