The passport of the petitioner was subsequently seized by FRRO/ Immigration Authorities on 13.02.2026 and was later forwarded to the Regional Passport Office, Delhi. 4. It is, thus, stated that further necessary action for the release of the passport has been initiated and the passport shall be dispatched/released to the applicant during the course of the day after following the prescribed procedure. 5.
