By this application, the cross-objector/claimant seeks to condone the delay of 690 days caused in filing the application for bringing the legal heirs of cross-objector on record and setting aside the abatement. 02. During the pendency of the appeal, the cross-objector Mr. Hansaraj Sakharam Pise died on 8th July, 2024. 03. The learned Counsel appearing for the non-applicant/acquiring body has not seriously opposed the application, as the acquiring body has already brought the legal heirs of the deceased claimant on record. 04. In view of the above, the delay, if any, caused in filing the application for bringing the legal heirs on record is hereby condoned. The abatement is set aside.
