Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that 120 bottles of Phensedyl were recovered from a vehicle which was jointly plied by the petitioner.
Learned advocate for the State submits that investigation of the case is in progress.
Having considered that the investigation is still in progress, at this stage, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail.
Petitioner will renew his prayer for bail after the charge sheet is submitted before the jurisdictional court.
Accordingly, CRM (NDPS) 98 of 2026 is dismissed.
