1. Affidavit of service filed on behalf of the petitioners in Court today be kept with the records.
2. The petitioners participated in the 2nd SLST
2025. They are aggrieved by the notification for recruitment published by the West Bengal School Service Commission.
3. It appears that the Rule pursuant to which the examination is being conducted was published in the end of May 2025 and the recruitment notification was published in June 2025.
4. The petitioners participated in the recruitment process being completely aware of the guiding rules and the terms and conditions mentioned in the recruitment notice. No objection was raised at that
2 point of time. After the result of the examination was declared, the petitioners being unsuccessful in the examination, have filed the instant writ petition challenging the Rules.
5. The action of the petitioners, the unsuccessful candidates in the recruitment process, in challenging the recruitment Rules at such belated point of time after participating in the same, cannot be accepted by the Court.
6. The Court is not inclined to interfere in the instant writ petition. The writ petition fails and is hereby dismissed.
7. Parties to act on the basis of the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
