The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a complaint case, punishable for the offence under Sections 406, 420, 506 of the Indian Penal Code. 3. As per complaint petition, allegation against petitioner is that he, in conspiracy with other accused persons, induced the complainant and other unemployed youths to act as agents of the society and collect money from investors on false assurances and thus, petitioner cheated total collection money of investors i.e. Rs. 57,00,000/- (fifty seven lakhs). 4. Considering the nature of accusation and the materials collected during investigation, the prayer for Patna High Court CR. MISC.
