He alleges that the sixth respondent had encroached in Survey No.156/1. 3.The learned Special Government Pleader states that Survey No.156/1 has been classified as “Odai Poramboke”. It is further stated that notice under Section 7 of the Land Encroachment Act, 1905 was issued in the year 2018 itself. 4.We note that consequential action has not been taken. We direct the third respondent to take further steps forthwith as per law. If the encroachment is confirmed, the same shall be removed. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.This Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
