No.1423 of 2026 ORDER This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the Respondent No.2 not to interfere in a civil dispute. 2. Considering the nature of the relief sought for, notice to the 3rd respondent is dispensed with. No order is passed as against the 3rd respondent. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that there is a civil dispute between the petitioner and the 3rd respondent. In this regard a suit in O.S.No.106 of 2009 filed by the petitioner's wife before the Sub Court, Padmanabhapuram, is decreed in favour of the petitioner's wife. Against the same, an appeal in AS No.89 of 2018 was also filed by the 3rd respondent before the District Sessions Court, Kanyakumari.
