CMP No.7141 of 2026 Learned Additional Advocate General, has placed on record office order dated 24.02.2026, wherein it has been mentioned that in compliance of orders dated 17.12.2025 & 18.12.2025, passed by this Court and as per Govt. letter dated 30.12.2025, in COPC No.1391/2025, titled as Parmanand vs. State of H.P. and COPC No.1365/2025, titled as Minakshi Devi vs. State of H.P., the petitioner is allowed higher pay scale of Rs.41600/- after two years of regular service subject to final outcome of LPA filed in CWP No.4830 of 2023, titled as Inder Singh and any other legal remedies. Therefore, in view of the above, no further order is required to be passed in the present application and the same is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
