2. The petitioner’s application for transfer on spouse medical ground is pending consideration before the West Bengal Central School Service Commission.
3. The instant writ petition stands disposed of by directing the Secretary of the West Bengal Central School Service Commission to take necessary steps to dispose of the application for transfer made by the petitioner in accordance with law at the earliest but positively
Page 2 within a period of eight weeks from the date of communication of this order.
4. If required, further health checkup of the petitioner’s spouse may be conducted by the Commission, in accordance with law.
5. The fate of the petitioner’s application shall be made known to the petitioner immediately thereafter.
6. If the application of the petitioner is allowed, then necessary consequential steps shall be taken without any further delay.
7. Suspension of the Utsashree portal shall not stand in the way of the respondents in taking steps in terms of the order passed hereinabove.
8. The writ petition stands disposed of.
