The petitioner has filed this writ petition praying for the following reliefs: 10.1 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue appropriate writ/order/direction by directing the respondents authorities to rectify the error in the seniority list of Lectures- E (L.B. Cadre) issued on 25.11.20024 (Annexure P/9) in respect of petitioner and to prepare a fresh gradation list in accordance with law by placing the petitioner at proper place according to her appointment order dated 10.07.1998 and given the seniority of the post of Lecture with effect from 16.07.1998 i.e., the date of joining with all consequential benefits. 10.2 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue writ/order/direction against the respondent’s authority by directing them to immediately convene the meeting of the review D.P.C. for consideration of the case of the petitioner for promotion on the post of School principal from the date when the juniors to the petitioner have been promoted. 10.3 That, the Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue appropriate writ/order/direction/relief which this Hon’ble Court may think fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case. 3 2. Counsel for the petitioner submits that after absorption, seniority of the petitioner has not been properly fixed. He submits that in the gradation list of 01.04.2024 name of the petitioner has not been appropriately placed. The petitioner has submitted a representation dated 10.03.2026 before the respondent no. 1 and 2 which is pending consideration therefore the respondent no. 1 and 2 be directed to consider and take decision on the representation at the earliest. 3. Counsel for the State submits that he is having no objection to the limited prayer of the counsel for the petitioner. 4. I have heard learned counsel for the respective parties. 5. On due consideration of the submission made by the counsel for respective parties, this writ petition at this stage is disposed of directing the respondent no. 1 and 2 to consider and take decision on the representation submitted by the petitioner in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within a period of 3 months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The petitioner is at liberty to submit fresh representation,, if so desire.
