Jiya Lal Bhardwaj, Judge (Oral) Learned Deputy Advocate General has produced a communication dated 08.05.2026, issued by Director, School Education, H.P., and copy of ofÏce order dated 07.05.2026, issued by Deputy Director Elementary Education, Spiti at Kaza District Lahoul & Spiti. The same are taken on record. 2. A perusal of ofÏce order dated 07.05.2026 reveals that the mandate contained in the judgment, decided on 24.12.2025, in CWP No.20444 of 2025, titled, Manju Rani and 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 another vs. State of H.P. and others, a/w connected petitions, which is sought to be executed, has been implemented, subject to final outcome of the LPA, preferred by the respondents. 3. In view of the above, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present execution petition and the same is closed. However, the financial benefits be released in favour of the petitioner within a period of 8 weeks from today. In case, the benefits are not released, the petitioner shall be at liberty to file an application for revival of the execution petition. 4.
