This bail application has been filed by the petitioner namely, Rohim Uddin under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023, seeking bail in connection with Dispur P.S. Case No. 287/2026 under Section 69 of BNS, 2023. Page No.# 2/2 3. The brief facts of this case is that the petitioner entered into a physical relationship with the informant, who was a married lady having two children and upon his promise to marry her she subsequently became pregnant. Thereafter, the accused fled away and blocked the informant from all source of communications. Accordingly, the instant case has been registered. 4. The case diary is received and perused. It appears from the materials on record that the petitioner was in a consensual relationship with the informant, who was a married lady having children. 5. Having regard to the above as well as the fact that the petitioner is in custody for last 30 days, the prayer for bail is allowed. 6. It is directed that the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing a bond of Rs. 50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand) only with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Kamrup (Metro), Guwahati, Assam. 7. It is further provided that the petitioner shall cooperate with the trial and he shall not try to intimidate or influence any persons/ witnesses acquainted with the facts of this case, in any manner. 8.
