It has been alleged that the petitioner had uploaded obscene photos of the daughter of the informant in WhatsApp group due to which the marriage of the daughter of the informant got cancelled. The petitioner is giving threats to abduct her and damage her reputation and character. 4. It appears that the obscene photos of the victim has been seized by the Investigating Officer. 5. Although learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that he is in custody since 09.12.2025 but regard being had to the nature of allegations levelled against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to him.
