2. The prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected in B.A.No. 3415/24.
3. Submission has been advanced by the learned Counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner was remanded on 30.11.2022, though the petitioner was in custody earlier for more than a decade in connection with another case in which he has already been acquitted.
4. It has been submitted that though the charge-sheet reveals that 51 witnesses are to be examined but none have been examined as yet.
5. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner and has submitted that on account of the extremist opening fire on the police party, a police constable and a detained person had died.
6. The petitioner appears to have been identified as one of the persons who had opened fire on the police party.
7. The contentions raised by the learned Counsel for the petitioner has already been considered earlier while rejecting his prayer for bail and there being no fresh grounds to reconsider his prayer for bail, the same stands rejected once again.
