By way of this application, a prayer has been made to allow the applicants/ petitioners to correct the memo of parties. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that erroneously respondent No.5 in the memo of parties has been mentioned as Deputy Director of Elementary Education, Solan, District Solan, H.P., whereas the correct party is Deputy Director, Elementary Education, Bilaspur, District Bilaspur, H.P. He prays that the application be allowed by permitting said correction in the memo of parties. As the prayer is innocuous, this application is allowed, as prayed for, but with the observation that learned Counsel should be careful at the time of drafting of the petition, so that these kind of mistakes are not repeated. The application stands disposed of. The amended memo of parties is taken on record, with the observation that respondent No.5 for all intends and purpose shall be treated to be Deputy Director, Elementary Education, Bilaspur, District Bilaspur, H.P., who shall abide by the judgment that has been passed in the main writ petition on 11.12.2025 and comply thereof.
