JUSTICE DEVASHIS BARUAH ORDER 17.06.2026 The petitioner has assailed the order dated 14.11.2025 passed by the Managing Director of the Assam Medical Services Corporation Ltd., whereby the petitioner company was debarred/blacklisted. 2. This Court passed a detailed order on 22.04.2026 and subsequently on 22.05.2026, thereby directing the respondent authorities to duly consider the case of the petitioner in terms with the judgment passed by this Court in the Case of Nestor Pharmaceuticals Limited & Another Vs. State of Assam and others, reported in (2025) SCC OnLine GAU 5168. It is seen that in pursuance thereto, the impugned Firm Debarment Notice No.582884/20068, dated 14.11.2025 has been withdrawn vide an order dated 09.06.2026. The said order is kept on record and marked with the letter ‘X’. Page No.# 3/3 3. Under such circumstances, nothing further remains to be decided in the instant proceedings and the same stands closed. 4. It is observed that if the petitioner is aggrieved by the product debarment, vide the said order, which is kept on record and marked with letter ‘X’, the petitioner would be at liberty to avail such remedies in accordance with law.
