This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Phulwarisharif P.S. Case No.1397 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 126(2), 109, 103(1), 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023. 3. The petitioner and others are said to have assaulted the deceased over a trivial issue and killed him. The entire crime has been captured in the CCTV footage and the involvement of the petitioner has also come. 4. The petitioner is in custody since 30.08.2025. 5. Considering the nature of allegation levelled Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.5822 of 2026(3) dt.26-03-2026 2/2 against the petitioner and also the materials which have come during investigation to connect him with the crime, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
