The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sheikhopur Sarai P.S. Case No. 146 of 2025 for the offence registered under sections 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 303(1), 109(1), 132, 221, 262, 263, 121(2), 3(5) of BNS and Section 27 of Arms Act. 3. Mr. R.K. Mani Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner on the instruction of Mr. Sunil Kumar submits that since he has been granted relief by the Sessions Court itself, permission be granted to withdraw the petition. 4.
