Case No. 11 of 2021, corresponding to S.T. No. 112 of 2021, for the alleged offence registered under Sections 302 of Indian Penal Code said to have been pending in the court of learned Additional District & Sessions Judge-IIIrd, Godda. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 15.05.2021. He submits that the charge was framed on 05.10.2021, but no witness has been examined so far. 5. Nobody appears on behalf of the State. 6. Considering the seriousness of allegation against the petitioner, who happens to be husband of deceased lady who was found dead in her matrimonial house within five years of marriage, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail at this stage. 7.
