For Petitioner(s): Mr.S.Sheik Ismail ORDER This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents in view of the continuing and partially unfulfilled Adhoc requirement of 50 vehicles at Ennore Coastal Installation, to allot proportionate and reasonable share of the available Adhoc transport vacancy to the petitioner whose vehicles are fully good and ready for immediate deployment to pass a reasoned and speaking order on the petitioner’s representations dated 06.11.2025 and 10.01.2026. 2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Since no adverse order is to be passed against the respondents, notice to them is dispensed with. 3. It is the case of the petitioner that the petitioner is a transport contractor and supplying petrol to the first respondent. Due to dissatisfaction during the inspection conducted by the first respondent, two show cause notices were issued to the petitioner despite his reply and the second respondent is alleged to have withhold the petitioner’s vehicles in their premises without utilization. Aggrieved by the act of the respondents, the present Writ Petition has been filed. 4. In view of the limited prayer sought for by the petitioner in this Writ Petition, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to consider the petitioner’s representations dated 06.11.2025 and 10.01.2026 and to pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5. With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
