1. This writ petition is filed seeking following prayers;
"a) call for the records in O.S.No.5233 of 2017 on the file of XXIX Addl. City Civil and Sessions Judge, Bengaluru; b) issue a writ in the nature of certiorari to set aside the impugned order on I.A.No.2 in O.S.No.5233/2017 dated 01.07.2020 (Annexure-A) passed by the XXIX Addl. City Civil and Sessions Judge, Bengaluru; c) pass such other orders or grant such further relief/s as this Hon'ble Court deems fit to grant on the facts and circumstances of the case; and d) grant costs of these proceedings in the interests of justice and equity."
2. Sri.S.R.Kamalacharan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Smt.Nandini, learned counsel appearing for the respondent submits that the matter is amicably settled and they are reporting the settlement before the Trial Court. However, they could not report the settlement in view of the interim order being operated in the present petition. It is submitted that the joint memo is filed by

order granted by this Court on 03.03.2021.
3. Heard. Perused the joint memo.
4. Interim order granted by this Court on 03.03.2021 is vacated based on the aforesaid submissions as well as the joint memo placed before this Court. The writ petition is
disposed of. The parties shall report the settlement before the Trial Court.
5. It is needless to observe that in case settlement is not reported for any reason, it is open for them to seek revival of the writ petition including revival of the interim
order granted by this Court.
6. With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition is
