In view of the fact that petitioner has appeared before the D.F.O, Mandro which is part of F.I.R at page 16, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this anticipatory bail application with liberty to move before the learned court by way of filing regular bail petition. 3. Learned counsel for the State has got no objection. 4. Accordingly, this anticipatory bail application is permitted to be withdrawn and disposed of with the aforesaid liberty. 5. It is made clear that if any petition for regular bail is filed before the learned court the same shall be decided in accordance with law without prejudice to this order.
