Sarkar, learned counsel for the petitioners. Also heard Mr. D. P. Goswami, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. 2. The instant pre-arrest bail application has been filed as the police from Azara Police Station had allegedly raided the premises of the petitioners on four occasions. Instruction was sought for as to whether any case has been registered against the present petitioners. 3. Report dated 17.06.2026 has been furnished by one S.I. Porikhit Paul of Azara Police Station stating that no criminal case has been registered against the present petitioners. 4. Accordingly, the present petition stands disposed with the direction that no coercive action will be taken against the petitioners without following the due process of law or in the absence of any case having been registered against the petitioner.
