When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner is seeking to return back the vehicle. But, it is seen confiscation proceedings is initiated. 3. Recording the aforesaid submission, this writ petition is disposed of. However, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the jurisdictional Magistrate Court.
