The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Bundu P.S. Case No.143 of 2024, for offence registered under section 15(C)/25 of NDPS Act, pending in court of learned Judicial Commissioner, at Ranchi.

Learned counsel for petitioner submits that false allegations are made that the petitioner is owner of poultry farm wherefrom 58.25 kg of Doda like substance and 300 empty sacks have been recovered. He further submits that the petitioner has nothing to do with the said poultry farm and the petitioner is having no criminal antecedent and in view of that, the petitioner may kindly be granted anticipatory bail.
4. Learned State counsel opposes prayer and submits that the N.C.B. has intercepted one truck being registration no.JH05BWW8778 and the driver and the khalasi of that truck have

informed that said Doda on the truck has been loaded from the poultry farm in question and thereafter in the poultry farm further raid was made wherefrom 58.25 kg of Doda like substance and 300 empty sacks have been recovered and in the S.F.L also it has been affirmed.

In view of above and considering that Doda in question was loaded on the truck from the said poultry farm and further on raid in the poultry farm, the said Doda has been recovered from the poultry farm and the allegations against the petitioner is that the petitioner is the owner of the said poultry farm, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to petitioner.
6. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected and this anticipatory bail application, being A.B.A.No. 6707 of 2025, is hereby dismissed.
