Heard Mr. Sarangi, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. Behera, learned counsel for the Opposite Party. 2. Considering the limited prayer of Petitioner that the challans are pending against his vehicle bearing registration No.OR-09-N-2719 (Truck), the writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission permitting the Petitioner to deposit such reduced amount in terms of Notification No.3822 of the Government of Odisha in Commerce and Transport Department dated 12th March 2026, before appropriate authority. 3 It goes without saying that upon acceptance of the amount by the authority, the challans may be dropped. 4.
