Mishra, APP …...... 03 /17.02.2026: This bail application has been filed under Sections 483 & 484 of BNSS, 2023 wherein, prayer has been made for grant of bail as he is in custody for allegedly committing offence punishable under Sections 317(5), 336(3), 338, 340(2), 339, 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita. 2. Heard, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the State and have also gone through the impugned order. 3. During course of police checking, petitioner along with others apprehended with the stolen motorcycle. One iron panja (fighter) was seized from the petitioner. Chargesheet has already been submitted. The petitioner is in custody since 11.08.2025. 4. Learned APP opposes the prayer for bail. 5. Considering the fact that chargesheet has been submitted, I am inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with 2026:JHHC:4577 2 two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Lohardaga in connection with Lohardaga PS Case No. 143 of 2025 subject to the condition that one of the bailors should be a close relative of the petitioner, having sufficient landed property in his own name within the State of Jharkhand. 6.
