Pursuant to the directions of this Court, the learned Mediator conducted the mediation proceedings and submitted a report stating that the dispute has been amicably settled. 3. In view of the Mediator's report, the Criminal Revision Case is liable to be disposed of in terms of the compromise arrived at before the learned Mediator. 4. In view of the settlement, the Criminal Revision Cases are disposed of as compromised. Consequently, the conviction and sentence passed by the learned Judicial First Class Magistrate, Guntakal, in C.C.Nos.265, 266, 267 and 268 of 2015, vide judgments dated 27.06.2018 and 28.06.2018, as confirmed in Criminal Appeal Nos.71, 72, 73 and 74 of 2018, vide judgment dated 10.01.2019, by the learned VI Additional District Judge, Gooty, are hereby set aside.
