Learned counsel for respondents submits that petitioner is having an efficacious alternate remedy of filing an appeal under the Staff Regulations Act.
2. In view of the submission made by learned counsel for respondents that petitioner is having an alternate remedy available to him against the impugned order of punishment, I am not inclined to entertain this writ petition. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of reserving liberty with petitioner to avail other alternate remedy available to him under the law.
