The instant second bail application has been filed by the petitioner-Pushpendra Singh alias Lala S/o Mahendra Singh, aged About 21 Years, arrested in connection with FIR No. 525/2025, Police Station Karnivihar, District Jaipur (West) for the offences under Sections 121(1), 132, 109(1) B.N.S. 2023. 2. The petitioner’s first bail application was dismissed by this Court, vide order dated 18.12.2025, thereafter, the petitioner has preferred this second bail application under Section 483 B.N.S.S. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is behind the bars since 26.09.2025 and he has falsely been implicated in the present case. Learned counsel further submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedents and police after (2 of 2) [CRLMB-68/2026] conducting the investigation, has filed the charge-sheet and no recovery is required to be made from him. He further submits that the co-accused Manish Singh Bhati has already been enlarged on bail by the learned trial Court vide order dated 14.11.2025. Therefore, he prayed that the accused-petitioner may be enlarged on bail. 4. Learned Public Prosecutor has opposed the bail application. 5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the present case, the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedents, particularly that bail application of co-accused person has already been allowed by the trial Court, charge-sheet has already been filed and trial of the case will take a long time, this Court deems it just and proper to grant bail to the accused-petitioner. 6. Accordingly, the second bail application filed under Section 483 BNSS is allowed and it is directed that accused-petitioner Pushpendra Singh alias Lala S/o Mahendra Singh shall be released on bail in connection with FIR No. 525/2025, Police Station Karnivihar, District Jaipur (West), provided he executes a personal bond in a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- along with two sound and solvent sureties of Rs.50,000/- each to the satisfaction of the learned trial Court for his appearance before that Court on each and every date of hearing and whenever called upon to do so till the completion of the trial. The applicant is further directed not to take undue advantage of liberty or misuse the liberty.
